Kick Off Bridge Day Weekend at Taste of Bridge Day
Are you planning on spending the Bridge Day weekend around Fayetteville? Are you looking for something to do that Friday night? Possibly looking for a place to eat? Well the Taste of Bridge Day may be just what you're looking for. And bonus: you would even be helping local charities in the process.
The Taste of Bridge Day kicks off the Bridge Day weekend at 5pm Friday, October 19, offering folks a sampling of some of the area’s best local cuisine and a panoramic view of the New River Gorge Bridge. Held at Smokey's on the Gorge, Adventures on the Gorge's cliffside eatery, the Taste Of Bridge Day is a not only a great way to sample offerings from lots of local restaurants but its also a fundraiser that benefits the Fayetteville and Oak Hill Rotary Clubs.
How It Works
The Taste of Bridge Day is from 5pm to 9pm. The cost to you? That all will depend on how tempted you are by the food. Each vendor will serve sample-sized portions of their signature specialties, costing between one and five tickets.Tickets are $1 each and can be purchased in advance or at the door.
